Orders

Orders are subject to availability. Products that are available for purchase on

Navoh.com are in stock or available for advance purchase when stated. Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and processed, we will send you a second e-mail to notify you that your order has been dispatched along with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason. Furthermore, we reserve the right not to accept your order at any time after your order has been received or after you received an order confirmation.

If your order is canceled and your credit card has been charged, we will immediately issue a credit to the credit card that was used for the order.

Shipping

Orders are processed on a “First-Come, First-Serve” basis. Please note that we strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimate delivery times are used only as guides.

The following is an estimate shipping time schedule for Ground shipping:
East Coast = 2-3 Business Days
Mid-West = 3-4 Business Days
West Coast = 4-5 Business Days

Returns

Navoh.com return policy is easy. We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase and guarantees against manufacturer’s defects within 60 days.

If you wish to return an item, please contact customerservice@navoh.com or call 1-888-navoh-08 (888-628-6408) to receive a Return Authorized Merchandise (RMA) number.

Once the return merchandise is received, we will issue a refund to the original credit card for the product purchase price-excluding the original outbound shipping charges.

Pricing

Prices shown on Navoh.com are in US Dollars and do not include tax. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida State. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to report any non-custom related sales tax in their respective states.
